The kitchen has all the modern conveniences. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, large kitchen table and 2 fridge freezers.

The house is well connected to the public transport networks.
Bus routes 297, E10 & E7 are only a 5 minute walk away. West Ealing Station is about an 8 minute walk.

The tenants are using a cleaner to help with the upkeep of the common parts and they pay £15 per month for it.

There are no agency or contract fees.

Bills are not included. I don’t know how much they are but you could ask this question to the tenants directly during a viewing.
