I’m currently living there but have to move out as I need to change my location. I’ve lived here for more than a year - genuinely a great place. It is sad for me to leave.

On the pictures some of the furniture is mine - bookshelf, record player stand, two mini tables and desk with chair. There is another very similar desk included, I will put it back together for you, there is a chair as well.

There are 4 other house mates that you would be sharing the kitchen space with.

Perfect location - 5 min walk to West Ealing station (Elizabeth line) and 15-18 min to Ealing Broadway Station (Elizabeth line, district and central). Piccadilly line (Northfields station) is also 15 min walk. You can get to Richmond by bus under 1 hour too.
There are plenty of shops in the area (you literally have Waitrose, Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Boots, Savers and many more just within 7 min walk or less from the house).

Very nice people living there - friendly environment.

The rent is £1,105 per month, all bills included! There is no deposit however you need to pay for your first and last month straight away (so you won’t pay for your last month before moving out)

- you must be in full time employment
- NO couples, sharing with friends, or pets (sorry)
- The new occupant will be required to make a one-off contribution to Utility bills of £150 upon signing of the contract.
- You will be required to pay 1 weeks payment to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first months payment once complete
