About the room:

Spacious double room available in light and airy three bedroom first floor flat, to share with one other female flatmate. The third bedroom is currently used as a shared home office. There is also a large shared living room and plenty of storage space.
The available bedroom is offered as unfurnished. The flat has it's own private garden, there is off-street parking, and West Ealing station is less than a 5 minute walk away.
Monthly rent is currently £800 plus bills, (which are split equally) and the property is managed through a local lettings agent.

About your potential new flatmate:

I'm a self-employed music teacher, who enjoys cooking, is an enthusiastic baker, occasional runner and crafts in my spare time. All of my teaching work takes place outside of the home, but I usually spend one day per week arranging music/doing admin in our shared office. I'm an experienced an easy-going flat-sharer, and respect my flatmate's privacy, although I'm also happy to chat and socialise. I look forward to meeting someone who would like to share this relaxed and clean/tidy living space.
