A lovely homely, yet spacious, Victorian period four bedroom house that is fully furnished and has 2 bathrooms, a separate living room/ lounge, a large kitchen and a great garden which is excellent for relaxing and bbqs. The house has been recently refurbished and is located in a quiet street with fantastic transport links. Appliances include multiple fridges, a washing machine, wireless internet.

The location
The house is in an excellent location, and is just a 2 minute walk to a huge variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets on Uxbridge road and Northfields Avenue. Transport links are exceptional with less than 5 mins walk to West Ealing mainline rail station (10 minute train journey to London Paddington with cross rail starting shortly), 15 mins walk to Ealing Broadway tube (central and district lines) and 15 mins to Northfields (Piccadilly line) tube station, not to mention bus links just two minutes walk away to Ealing, Northfields and Central London (including night bus).

About the room.
It’s a good size double, fully furnished and located on the first floor and overlooks the garden. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedside table.

Who would it suit?
The house would ideally suit a friendly, non-smoking professional female to keep it a mixed house share. The other housemates are very friendly and it's important the new person gels to keep it a great friendly and homely environment.
