Hi my name is Jesse. I have a large double room
( 6m x 4m) on top floor of my spacious 4 storey house in Finchley. This floor and the top floor bathroom is shared with one other female.
Rent £850 per month inc all bills & council tax.
I have my own bedroom and bathroom in the house, and rent out 3 other rooms to 3 women in their late 20's. My 25 year old son has a room in the lower ground floor of house.
Priya, (a psychologist) and Lois & Naomi, ( trainee paramedics) .
The house has 2 large living rooms, which can be used. The downstairs living room has a piano, and the house is full of books to browse.
The kitchen is spacious with loads of fridge and storage space There is a separate utility room with washing machine.
The house is 400 meters from West Finchley tube and buses into central London.(Kings Cross in 20 minutes). There is easy & free parking space on the road. We are also 100 meters from woodland walks, The area is very safe and an easy walk to the high road with shops and cafes.
I work as a therapist with families and enjoy yoga, swimming and the arts.
We are a warm open friendly household but each have busy lives and so don't hang out together, but will catch up on the day in the kitchen. It would suit someone who has an established life in London and wants a calm, peaceful, clean and tidy environment.
There is no smoking in the house- but garden is fine.
