Double Room in Comfortable, Friendly Home Share

One large double room available from late May onwards. Facing the garden, on the first floor, next to a bathroom with a shower. Dates somewhat negotiable.

You'll be living with four other lovely housemates (when we’re around); one French, one Italian, one Australian and one boring British guy all between 32-41 working variously in art, events, academia and the civil service. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms over 3 floors so it never feels crowded and no bathroom queuing. Various housemate interests include music, art, travelling, making stuff. It's not a party house (any more) but nice sociable vibes. We've had this house for a decade and have a good relationship with the agency and landlord.

It's a great communal space downstairs, massive open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms with a big garden and lots of art. Excellent amenities including a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer, 1gbps fibre optic internet with a whole house Wi-Fi mesh system, a 65” 4K TV in the living room, which has Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. There's also a garage for bikes.

The house is located about half way between Seven Sisters tube (15 mins walk), Bruce Grove overground (10 min walk) and Turnpike Lane (20 mins walk) and it's super close to two really lovely parks. Good cafes and restaurants around on West Green Road and Philip Lane.
