One double bedroom is available in West Ham to share with 2 professional sharers in their mid 20s - Bill & Lewis. Our current housemate is moving out end of January, and we are looking for someone to join us. AVAILABLE FROM EARLY FEB UNTIL END OF APRIL

- 3 minute walk to Abbey Road Station (DLR)
-10 minute walk to West Ham Station (District, Hammersmith and City Jubliee and C2C)
-13 minute walk to Straftord (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground)

The flat mates:
Bill is a mental health support worker with keen interests in music, cycling and cooking, He has a regular weekday working pattern and will be out of the house regularly travelling around during the weekends (after covid!).

Lewis is a visual designer currently working from home, with keen interests in music and arts.

We're ideally looking for a working professional who wants to live somewhere homely and enjoys having fun at the weekend.

The Rent:
£595 pcm including bills

£500 deposit

Room is available from the first of Feb. Can be flexible with move in date.
