Internet: Approx. £15 pp (may change due to new contract, but you will be able to discuss this with the other flatmates)
Electric/gas: Approx. £30 pp (can increase depending on the season, esp. winter months).
The furniture in the room includes: 1 Bed and 1 in-built wardrobe. Also open to selling any remaining furniture but this can be discussed during the viewing.
You will be living with 3 other great girlies and we/they would prefer female tenants (non-negotiable) and preferably professionals for council tax reasons.
We are a cosy flat that likes a calm and clean living environment, but we are more than happy for you to have friends around and be social 💕
