Heyy 👋🏽 I am moving out of my flat that I've lived in for 3 years and I am looking for 1 flatmate to replace me. 🎉

Rent: 576.25 (The rent includes the TV licence and the water bill)

Council Tax: Approx. £36 pp

Internet: Approx. £15 pp (may change due to new contract, but you will be able to discuss this with the other flatmates)

Electric/gas: Approx. £30 pp (can increase depending on the season, esp. winter months).

The furniture in the room includes: 1 Bed and 1 in-built wardrobe. Also open to selling any remaining furniture but this can be discussed during the viewing.

You will be living with 3 other great girlies and we/they would prefer female tenants (non-negotiable) and preferably professionals for council tax reasons.

We are a cosy flat that likes a calm and clean living environment, but we are more than happy for you to have friends around and be social 💕

There’s a lovely courtyard where all residence can use to chill or bbq if that interests you ☀️

We are right next to West Ham station (5 minute walk) so there’s great transport links 🚝
