Spacious double room available from 20th March in a flatshare 5 minutes walk from West Hampstead underground station.

Hello there!

After 3 years I’m moving out of my flatshare at the end of March. It’s a 3 person flat extremely close to the tube station and you’ll be sharing with Adam, an engineer and Mariana, a psychotherapist.

Bills are split evenly and work out at approx £120 per month including council tax and broadband.

The flat and room are fully furnished as you can see by the photos (except the shoe rack which is mine). You will have one shelf in the fridge and one draw in the freezer. The cupboard above the sink would also be yours.

About our new housemate, we're looking for someone who is:
-Tidy and clean, we don't have a cleaner, we clean the flat ourselves
-Considerate with regards to utility usage (ie, not blasting the heating during the winter)
-Sociable, we're looking for someone who we can chat to upon returning from work/occasionally go out for a meal or drink
-A young professional
-Looking for a long term let

Other things to note:
-Our landlord is great, I haven't had any problems with him and I've been here 3 years, he's very quick at sorting out problems
-The flat can get hot in the summer as the sun is directly on it throughout the day
