I am leaving my flat and seeking a new tenant to replace me.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed which has a very comfortable memory-foam mattress.

There is also a massive built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a set of shelves - storage space in the room has been more than sufficient for me.

There is a shared living room and separate kitchen. You will have a good amount of fridge space since there are two fridges for the entire household.

There are two other flatmates occupying 2 other rooms. One of them lives upstairs in a loft room which has its own en-suite bathroom. You will share the bathroom on your floor with only one other flatmate.

The flat is a 3 minute walk from Kilburn station but it is far enough from the station that you can't hear the trains even when the window is open. The street itself is also peaceful.

Rent is £500pcm excluding bills and council tax which is approximately £100 pcm. Deposit is £650. It is a great price considering the location of the flat - I will definitely miss this!

Landlord directly manages the place so there are no agency fees. The landlord is really responsible - he responds to requests and messages very quickly.
