Airy double room in Wonderful West Hampstead

An ideal base for students and young professionals looking for a quiet space they can call home for a while.

This is a 3 MONTH let only, due to change of circumstances in summer.

This light airy room overlooks a small, slightly wild garden. House is a Victorian terrace in a pleasant Zone 2 neighbourhood.

Plenty of under-bed storage, firm mattress, ergonomic desk/lamps/office chair/bedside drawers/practical IKEA wardrobe (not shown). Two alcoves allow slightly more storage space.

Fast VM WiFi throughout.

Fully equipped, spacious kitchen opens onto garden in warmer months. Knock-through living room (partly shown in photos) primarily my space, as it’s very personalised - people generally prefer to chill/eat/enjoy privacy in their own room.

Shared small bathroom/shower/toilet next door to room cleaned regularly - downstairs loo generally used by me.

About me: SEN teacher in local secondary school 3 days a week. Routine essential. Early riser. I’m over 60 but very active.

Please note: this is NOT a flat share scenario.

I’m looking for a sensible, trustworthy professional person or student aged 22-32, reasonably tidy, clean, respectful of shared spaces.

For the right person this is the perfect set up. It’s quiet here - the big plus is that it’s got a really nice feel & it’s kept clean. Priceless!

Location: 10-12 minutes (less if fast walker) to WH Thameslink station via shortcut.

All overground/tube/bus links located in West End Lane. Some great shops/eating places etc. I’m sure most people are aware of how convenient this location is.

Basic info about yourself is vital if interested - age, profession, interests etc, how often (if at all) you intend to work/study from home.

Full time remote working from home is not viable in this instance.

Viewing in person recommended. Early evening slots preferred.
