The room is a good size, south facing with a large window. It has a brand new laminate flooring, and has recently been fully damp-proofed for protection in the winter months. Live-in landlord (me) means all repairs and needs are taken care of quickly. Our kitchen is our shared space and has a decent sized dining table. All appliacnes work great and the boiler is new and awesome.

The flat is situated inbetween West Hampstead and Finchley Road tube stations. Also 5 minutes to the Overground, Thameslink and Airport Coach services. Extremely well connected.
The monthly rent of £900 includes ALL BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX no hidden costs.
To move in you need one month deposit and first month's rent up front.
