Hi,

I am Anna, the landlord of the flat, and I am renting out my beautiful flat, has two south-facing bedrooms, and many plants! I am looking for two separate female tenants (so if you are a friendly solo female please reach out :) or a couple who wants to rent the whole flat.

About each bedroom:
1. Big bedroom is very spacious, has stylish bay windows, and an en-suite bathroom, £1,600 + half of the bills -> £210 per month, move-in possible from 16th July 2024.
2. The smaller room has its own balcony, perfect for having coffee or lunch:) The bed when folded makes the room spacious, when extended can perfectly fit two people, it also has it's own bathroom, accessible from the corridor. £1,400 + half of the bills -> £210 per month., available from 5th July.

The flat is very clean, modern with stylish furniture (cleaner comes twice a month), (size of the flat is 70 sqm / 750 SQFT) and is conveniently located in between West Hampstead station and Finchley station, within short walking distance to South Hampstead, Swiss Cottage and Kilburn station, so multiple tube, train and overground lines, that will take you in 10 mins to central London.

The street and the area are beautiful, quiet and safe. The building is stunning, with flowers everywhere and the living room and kitchen overlook the internal gardens.

There are many amenities in the area, such as cute restaurants, cafes in West Hampstead, amazing shops in St Johns Wood, big Waitrose, Sainsbury, shopping center and incredible Japanese pastry place in Finchley area. In walking distance there are 3 beautiful parks: Primrose Hill, Regent's Park and Hampstead health. There is also a great food market in Swiss Cottage on Wednesdays.
