About the room and house:

- Fully furnished single room with a bed, side table, desk, chair, wardrobe, mirror and built-in shelves. 
- Big and airy three storey house in a friendly and safe residential area.
-The house has a back garden, big living room, a VERY spacious kitchen, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room.
-  Rent is £542 and bills are around £15 - £18 a month. Most bills are included (water, gas and council tax). We pay for WiFi and energy separately.

About the area:

- Quiet residential area.
- 1 min walk to our local park. 
- 7 min walk to Kilburn station (Jubilee line) and buses, 10 min walk to West Hampstead Thameslink, West Hampstead Overground station and Bronsbury overground station.
- Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S and lots of stores, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are two high streets nearby - Kilburn high road and West Hampstead Highstreet (8-10 min walk). 
- About 20min walk to the O2 centre which has a large Sainsbury's, movie theatre, etc.

- West Hampstead Farmers' market is on Saturdays.

Who are we looking for:

- Someone easy going, clean and tidy, 20s or 30s, student or professional or both and non-smoker (that's essential). 
- Someone respectful of common spaces
- We love to socialise together often cooking or watching tv but we also like our alone time and space.

How to proceed:

The room is available ‪immediately. Rent is paid at the beginning of the month. If you join us mid month you will only be required to pay that portion of the month rent. If you're interested please send me a message with some information about yourself (including work or study situation, interests and why you are moving out from your current place). We can then arrange an in person (masked of course) or video chat viewing and take it from there.
