Bright and spacious double room in 3 bed

Hi, we are two girls looking for a third person to take our flatmate’s double room who is unfortunately moving back home because of the pandemic. Our apartment is two floors and is spacious, bright and homely. It’s three bedrooms, a kitchen, a big living room with a dining table and a clean bathroom perfect to take baths in.

The bedroom has a huge window which allows a beautiful sunset from golden hour to cast into the room in the evenings. The bedroom is also fully furnished!

We are two students but we work from home now. Both are studying film but we don’t mind if you’re a student or young professional. We’re a social and bubbly flat, but also respect our spaces and privacy. This flat is a 5 minute walk away from Hampstead Heath overground and the underground service, and the national rail. A 5-10 minute walk from Starbucks, organic groceries, Tesco and Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. A 30 minute walk from Hampstead Heath. A 15 minute walk from Finchley Road.

The rent is £650
The bills are usually £50 each (gas, water, broadband)
The deposit is £756

The contract will be until September but it can be renewed if you wish to stay :)
