Large double bedroom with high ceilings to rent in a two bedroom flatshare.

The flat is the n the first floor and is light and airy with beautiful bay windows in the living room, a relaxing balcony, and high ceilings throughout.

Your bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk, and an armchair.

Shared living space included a sitting room with dining room table, a kitchen with all modern amenities, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a heated towel rail.

I'm preferably looking for a female flatmate in their 30’s to 40’s, in full-time employment, that wants to call the place home, enjoys a chat and a giggle, but equally is happy to do their own thing.

Rent is £960 per month paid direct to the landlord (not me), and the deposit is £960. Bills are not included and approx £190 each per month. To keep costs low, I’m looking for someone (like me) who preferably works in the office 4-5 days per week.

Travel: Jubilee line, Overground and Thameslink stations are just 3 mins away, and and you can get to central London in 10 mins.
