The room: Enormous, light filled double room available in the middle of West Hampstead, 5-6 minutes walk away from the Jubilee line, Thameslink and Overground. Sadly for me, my current flatmate is moving in with her partner.

Available from 10 May 2026 onwards.

The flat: You’ll be sharing a huge two bedroom flat with one other person (F, 39, professional). The flat itself is lovely, with high ceilings, huge living area, shower room, galley kitchen and separate WC.

About me: I’m a friendly lawyer working in tech. The communal living area in the flat is part-furnished with my furniture and other contents and am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate to share the space with. I currently work in the office 3-4 days a week and am looking for a flatmate who has a similar, hybrid, working pattern. I’m sociable but also like my quiet time. I’m quite busy during the week and weekends, and while I may have the odd night out or trips away, I also enjoy quiet nights in with a TV series and dinner.

About you: In your 30s/40s, professional, clean, tidy and open to having the occasional chat or hangout, looking for a place to treat as your home, are a clear communicator.

You would be subject to reference checks and added to the lease as a new tenant and new security deposit will be taken.

No couples - apologies!

Bills are not included and we would split these equally. Approx bills p/m in total, to be split equally: £168 p/m (average monthly bill over 2025)
