The property has an ensuite bathroom, a queen size bed and is one of the largest that you can find there, having two windows, a large study corner and 25 sqm of surface. Double the surface than all other rooms in IQ at the same price! The golden suite is located inside a shared flat with five other students that share a kitchen and a living room area. Haywood House offers a large courtyard, a common gym and some common leisure areas.
IQ Haywood House is only less than five minutes walk from the Jubilee line that allows you to be easily connected with many spots and universities in central London. The overground and the national railway station are also less than a five minutes walk away. The room is fully furnished.
Your contract will be directly managed by the reception desk office of IQ Haywood House Student Accommodation that will guarantee you fair price and a safe and comfortable stay with the other students in the flat.
