2 Double Rooms in West Hampstead Flat 🌞

Looking for 2 girls to fill 2 double rooms, in a very large 3 bed West Hampstead flat. 🏡

- One room is available on 4th May
- Second room is available on 9th June
(Both exact same size, same price, good size doubles)

Current flatmate
You will also be sharing with me (28 year old female, civil servant working in Westminster) 👩🏻‍💻 I’m up for socialising but equally have my own friends and travel out of London regularly to see family.

Landlord happy for one “small pet” too, so just flag if you have one. 🐈🐶

The flat
Very large, across two floors (second floor and attic). Both bedrooms are the same size. All key furniture is included (beds, wardrobes, bookshelves).

Also has a big outdoor terrace, kitchen with dining table, large living room with another dining table and sofas. All furniture is staying. One bathroom and another separate toilet.

The area
8 mins walk to Kilburn tube, 12 mins walk to West Hampstead tube and and overground/shops/cafes/bars. Zone 2, on the Jubilee line!

Leafy area, 20 min walk to Hampstead Heath.

Key Info
Rent: £870 for each room (I pay a bit more for my room as it’s bigger).
Bills: around £150 each.
Deposit: £800.

No contract at the moment but will sign for another year when all in place in June.

We have a great relationship with the landlord. Girls are only moving out as they have secured jobs up North.

New flat mates
Females only and over 24. Definitely not a party flat (we tend to keep it a clean and relaxing place to chill out) 🧘🏻‍♀️
