Large Double Room w/En Suite - 4 min walk to tube

We are looking to rent out a spacious furnished double room with lots of natural light, an en suite and built in wardrobes. The en suite has a sink, shower and toilet.

The flat has a shared living space, kitchen and balcony which we all contribute to keeping clean and tidy. You can see the flat layout on the floorplan, the bedroom in question is the top left.

We are a 4 minute walk from Kilburn tube station (Jubilee line), a 3 minute walk from Brondesbury Overground station (Richmond/Clapham Junction to Stratford), an 8 minute walk from West Hampstead Thameslink (direct trains to St Pancras in 10 mins, as well as direct trains to both Luton and Gatwick Airports). We are a 3 minute walk from 8 different bus routes. It's a 10 minute walk to Aldi and a 2 minute walk to both a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local, as well as a number of great pubs, restaurants and food spots.

We are 2 25-year old professionals, one being a Civil Servant and the other an Accountant, one of us works from home regularly, the other occasionally. Our ideal housemate would be in a similar situation (a young professional). Our current flatmate of 2 years is moving out to live with his girlfriend. We have been close friends since secondary school, and we'd like someone who would enjoy living in a close knit flat. We are both physically active people, with vibrant social lives, and would love someone who brings a similar vibe. We cook together, and often host our mutual friends. We are definitely looking for someone who would be happy to throw themselves into this situation, and would add a positive energy to it. We very much enjoy going out and socialising, but are looking for someone who will treat the flat, us and our possessions with respect.

The bills are around £120 each a month, including water, gas, electric, broadband and council tax (band D). The estate agent has informed us there will be a one off £50 admin charge to add a name to the tenancy.
