Super affordable room available in a great flat, situated in prime West Hampstead location. You will not find a room at this price in such a nice setup anywhere else in town!

The room itself is cozy, with a small double bed and storage already available. Comes fully furnished but you're welcome to speak to the landlord about updating anything (he's a nice guy, very good landlord). This room was always a stop-gap for me so there was no point in purchasing my own furniture.

3 other flatmates (female). All working professionals that hang together socially in the living room/cooking etc but also happily keep to themselves the other part of the time. Would like someone similar! Ideally someone who is travelling to an office most days and not WFH full-time.

The flat is lovely with full kitchen, living room, bathroom. The building is great, with a lift (!), and a cracking courtyard that's a nice touch. Also a pretty big garage to put all sort of your stuff in.

West Hampstead is amazing as you'll either know, or will find out. Perfect transport links just 4 min walk away (WH underground/WH overground/WH thameslink) and loads of bus routes. West Hampstead itself is filled with shops/cafes/restaurants and is a proper place to enjoy living/actually be around.

You'll be in one of the best neighbourhoods in London, perfectly situated at a very affordable cost. I moved in nearly 3 years ago when starting to freelance as I needed somewhere affordable that was still close to everything (it is the best of bost worlds). It's done exactly what I needed it to do and now time for someone else to take the benefits.

Next months rent is due on the 10th May, so it would be awesome to have someone signed up by then. If you wanted to move in before that, that's possible too! I need to move out ASAP, so the sooner the better really.

Bills (energy/broadband/cleaning etc): 100-200 (depending on season, we use Splitwise to make paying each other easier each month)
Bill Responsibility: Soenergy (Gas/Elec) - I handle this bill and likely you'll take over that
