Beautiful double room in West Hampstead

Amazing double bedroom available in West Hampstead from 1st July (but flexible on this as our current flatmate can move into her flat early, 1st August would be start of the contract). Light and airy, with high ceilings, the flat has a large shared living room, separate kitchen (which has a dishwasher), modern bathroom and cute balcony. On a quiet road just off bustling West End Lane, in a lovely neighbourhood. Located less than 10 minutes walk to underground, overground and Thameslink.

The room comfortably fits a double bed, and comes with some built in storage space and a standing rail (if you don't need the standing rail, there would be enough room for a desk).

As our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of July, we are looking to fill the room with someone fun, laid-back and respectful of the house. You'd be living with Katherine and Will. We've lived together here for the past year (Katherine's actually signing on for her fourth year) and work as a Scientist and in Finance, respectively. We enjoy cooking together, chilled evenings in, and grabbing a drink/doing pub quizzes at one of our many local bars or pubs! We're a friendly house, so it would be great if you're up for making friends with new people and socialising on evenings and weekends. We could also do with some help keeping our house plants alive...

We all pay £130 a month to cover bills (including wifi).

The flat is available from 1st August, but we are flexible on this, as our housemate's new flat is available in July.
