I'm searching for a new flatmate in a shared apartment in West Hampstead.
Some facts about it:
💰Rent is ￡875 per month (out of a total of ￡2185 for the whole flat).
🏠Flat shared between only two people. Both have a private room and share a large living room + kitchen. You can place things in the shared living room so you have more than enough space. Total flat is 70.6m2.
🛌 Room can come either furnished or unfurnished. It's empty right now but the landlord is willing to furnish it (with a new double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers)
🏡 Great area. Flat is on the ground floor with small garden in front. We live close to multiple supermarkets and bars. Perfectly situated for public transport.
🛜 Bills are roughly ￡150 per month including council tax, fast fiber internet, water gas and electricity.
👨‍💻 About me: I am a 34 year old software engineer who likes to keep a clean place, play boardgames, make music, and cook good food. The flat currently has a corner for making music, but still has a lot of space for other potential hobbies. With the previous flatmate I used to go climbing and play video games, but lately I am travelling a lot so you would have the place to yourself frequently.
