We have a double room available in a large 4-bedroom, second floor flat in the heart of West Hampstead (building also has a lift).

The flat is in a great location - 2 mins’ walk from the Underground, Overground and Thameslink (West Hampstead).

Ideally situated just off the main high street (West End Lane) with great access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars and gyms. The O2 shopping/leisure centre with restaurants, shops, gym and cinema is a 5-10 minutes’ walk away too.

The Room – high ceilings, huge amounts of storage space. Bed and bedside table come with the room. There is space for a good sized desk if required.

Bathroom - shared with two other flatmates (fourth flatmate has an ensuite). The bathroom has a standalone shower and separate bath. Additionally there is a WC in the flat.

Living Room / Kitchen – spacious, bright living room with three sofas and TV. Well-equipped eat-in kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, table and chairs, and lots of storage).

The Flatmates – We are one girl and two guys looking for a sociable fourth flatmate (all genders welcomed). We're looking for someone who is easy-going, friendly, tidy, and preferably a professional and a non-smoker (not essential).

We are keen to find flatmate with whom we can have a laugh and hang out. We respect each other’s spaces but aren’t looking for a flatmate who will just sleep here and do their own thing. All the current flatmates are good friends (although we didn't know each other before moving in) and we would like the incoming flatmate to be someone we can build a friendship with too. We also ask that you are LGBT+ friendly.

Rent/Bills – The rent for the room is £943 per month. A security deposit of £1025 and one month rent in advance is required. Bills are not included but amount to approximately £120 - 140 per month. This includes Council Tax, Electricity & Gas, Water, and Internet. Council tax property band E.

Room availability – The room is available from 20th April 2026.
