Double Room in West Hampstead - 1 min from station

We’ve got a lovely double room available in our flat, just a 1 minute walk from West Hampstead underground, bus stops and Thameslink – so it’s super handy for getting around London.

The flat is fully furnished and has a large wooden terrace (perfect for a morning coffee or a chilled evening hangout). The room itself comes with a built in wardrobe and plenty of storage. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person and have a toilet to yourself. Rent is £985 + bills, with a start date of 1st April (but we can be flexible if you need to move in a little earlier or later).

A bit about us:
I’m Rhiannon, 25, a teacher, and my flatmate Elliot is 24 and works in finance. We’re both pretty social and often hang out in the evenings cooking, chatting, or watching TV, but we also have our own friendship groups and lives outside the flat. Between us, we’re into cooking, swimming, the gym, eating out, pub trips – all the usual fun stuff.

We’re easy going when it comes to flat life – we take turns cleaning, share basics like bread, milk and pasta, and sometimes meal prep together. But if you’d prefer to keep things separate, that’s totally fine too.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone who’s chilled, friendly, and will get along with the vibe of the flat. Because of the letting terms, you’ll need to be in full time work or have a guarantor.
