I am looking for someone to fill my room in this property.
I am leaving to buy a house - and the room will be available from 28th May.
The property is in a great location - 30 seconds walk to the jubilee line and overground, and 2 mins to the high street. The block of flats also has a gym, sauna and communal gardens.
The current tenants are George and Matthew - who are laid-back and friendly. They both work full-time professional jobs, and enjoy hanging out in the evenings when they get the chance. They also enjoy cooking, and cooking for each other occasionally.
Some of George and Matthew's interests include: running, football, and reading.
The rent excludes bills / council tax, which is £135 per month in total.
The room includes a private balcony, with great views across London.
The flat is fully furnished - apart from the bed mattress and bedroom desk.
