Sublet in West Hampstead Flat with Roof Terrace

We’re looking for a subletter to join our lovely, bright, and very friendly flat in a prime London location. The flat has a warm, young, and welcoming atmosphere and truly feels like home rather than just a place to stay.

The area is one of the best parts: we’re right next to charity shops, amazing pubs with live gigs, cafés, and local spots, so there’s always something to do, also a 10min bike ride from Hampstead Heath. At the same time, the street itself is quiet at night, making it perfect for relaxing and getting good sleep.
(We haven’t included the exact address for privacy reasons, but it’s on West End Lane, right next to address mentioned and a 5-10min walk from West Hampstead Station. We’re happy to share full details, as well as pictures of the room and flat privately. )

The flat:
Fully furnished and well looked after
Bright, cozy communal areas, such as living room and a good sized kitchen
A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. My things will all be in storage, so feel free to decorate however you feel is best.
2 Shared bathrooms - one is a toilet and the other a shower room
My favorite part of the flat is the big roof terrace overlooking west end lane. It feels surreal to live in a place that has that. It’s beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for those spring nights coming ahead
We also have a washing machine.

Your flatmates:
You’ll be living with two working students who are genuinely kind, social, and easygoing. We’re friendly and enjoy spending time together, but we also really respect personal space and private time. When our schedules allow, we love having dinner together, but there’s absolutely no pressure.

Ideal subletter:
We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful, and clean, who will treat the flat like a home. Preference for students, as that’s what the others living there are but also open to professionals. Looking for someone between the ages of 19-25.

This is a queer and vegan/ vegetarian friendly household.

Practical details:
Rent: £900 per month with bills included

Dates: 18.04 - 01.07 2026 (flexible, but not looking for someone who can only do a few weeks. The tenancy is over on the 1st of July, so there's no possibility to extend the sublet further)
Deposit: £To be discussed but will be needed

Timeline: We’re hoping to confirm someone by the end of March, better if earlier.
