We have a free room available in our beautiful three-bedroom flat in West Hampstead! The flat has a garden and is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to West Hampstead Thameslink and an 8-minute walk to West Hampstead Overground and the Jubilee Line, making it very well connected. The flat has a dishwasher and washing machine.
We’re looking for a university student aged 20–27 who would like to rent the room from 18th March to 18th August (fixed-term sublet).
About us:
We’re two university students who are social and enjoy doing activities such as game nights, movie nights, or exploring new places. At the same time, we respect each other’s space and value a calm and friendly home environment. We’re looking for someone who is organised, respectful, and happy to be part of a shared home. We divide chores between us and expect everyone to contribute to keeping the flat clean and tidy.
