78y/o landlady seeks kind tenant

We are currently looking for a new tenant to move in with my mum.

She has Alzheimers and has carers visiting ~4 times a day, so you don't need to look after her yourself, but it would be great if you could be a friend to her, take her out for a walk or a haircut every now and then, things like that. She's very lonely! We're looking for someone who has the availability and ability to be in the flat a lot of the time. I visit around once a week but it's not enough! Ideally, someone genuinely caring and who can be an advocate for her and ensure that the carers are looking after her.

Mum is pretty Guardian-reader-y in her views, so someone who matches that vibe would be great.

The house is a really nice space, a few minutes away from West Hampstead train station. There is a living room, a good sized kitchen, and you would also have your own bathroom (full bath!) The flat is over three floors, with you having the first floor, Elfi on the second with the living room, and the kitchen on the third floor.

We would need to DBS check any applicants, but we will pay for that.
