After a year at this flat, I am looking to renew as my flatmate is moving elsewhere, thus I am looking for a new flatmate to continue my time here with. A new lease will be due, and all of this will be managed by the letting agents.

The flat is in prime position for transport links, you can be in Soho within 20 minutes and the local high street has everything you need.
