DESCRIPTION
Large en-suite room for rent in a West Hampstead flat share. Available to move in from 30th March.

THE ROOM:
This is a fully furnished double en-suite bedroom. The room comes with a bed, a small area to hang clothes, 3 chests of drawers and some shelf units. The desk and chair are not included.
You would share the fridge with one other person in the kitchen.
Rent is 949.20 pounds plus bills (around 100), and this would be a little higher in winter time. We all take responsibility for paying a utility bill. The person moving in would take over paying for energy.
There is a deposit of 747.50 pounds.

THE FLAT:
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large beautiful living room with a large TV monitor and a cute fireplace, a separate kitchen and a rooftop! The rooms are spread out over 3 floors so there is plenty of space for everyone. The flatmates (4 F) are all working professionals in very different fields.

THE AREA:
West Hampstead is a lovely area - there is a farmers’ market on the weekend, restaurants, pubs and bars, shops nearby (Sainsbury’s, Aldi, TESCO, M&S and Waitrose), and not too far from Hampstead Heath and the city centre. The flat is 7 minutes away from the West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee, Overground) and 10 minutes from West Hampstead Thameslink. It is situated 1 minute away from a bus stop with routes to the city centre. Overall, a 10-minute tube ride to Baker Street, 15-minute to Bond Street etc. There is also a cute little park around the corner.

THE IDEAL NEW FLATMATE:
As all flatmates are working professionals, this is unfortunately not a party house.
We are looking for another female working professional, 25 to 35.
All flatmates are truly wonderful and very friendly, have their own busy lives but occasionally like to get together and cook/watch a movie or go out for a drink.
As you’ll notice when you visit, the house is in great condition so we are also looking for responsible people who like to keep things clean and tidy :). Chores are shared on a rota.
This is an international flatshare - all nationalities are welcome! Also, smoking is not allowed, and we cannot have pets in the house.
