A lovely basement room with a private ensuite bathroom is available in a 3-bedroom flat in the heart of West Hampstead. The flat also has a garden with plenty of seating, perfect for relaxed evenings or cute dinner parties. ;) Oh and also no molde in the whole flat!

You’ll be living in a well-located and friendly household. We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly home, very easy-going and chill. We occasionally share dinners or hang out, but also really respect each other’s personal space and downtime.
The flat is just a 5-minute walk from West Hampstead station, with access to the Jubilee Line, Overground, and Thameslink., making it super easy to get around London.
Unfortunately, I have to move out, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. The current contract runs until September, with the option to extend afterwards if needed. Also if need moving in date and deposit can be discussed.
