I’m looking for someone to take over my room for a short stay while I’m away. The room is available from 5th May to 9th June (just over 1 month).

📍 Location: Kingsgate Road, NW6 (West Hampstead/Kilburn area)
Excellent transport links within walking distance: Jubilee Line, Bakerloo Line, Overground and Thameslink. The flat is also very close to West Hampstead high street with lots of cafés, pubs and restaurants.

🏡 The flat:
The property is bright, clean and well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen and access to a private garden.

🛏 The room:
Spacious double bedroom (private, not shared), fully furnished and ready to move in. It includes a double bed, storage space and is fully set up for a comfortable stay.

🚿 Bathrooms:
1 full bathroom + 1 additional guest toilet.

💸 Rent:
£922 for the month
Bills are not included and usually range between £100–£180 depending on usage.

👫 Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with 2 male professionals (24 & 26), both friendly, respectful and easygoing.
