Large Double Room in West Hampstead

The room

I will be moving out at the start of May, and looking for someone to take my place in this 4 bed in West Hampstead.

Key Info

We have the tenancy until July 2026, however I will be moving out to move in with some friends who are moving to a London.

A spacious double room. Furnished with a bed, bed side table, and wardrobe, plus a storage cupboard.

Lots of common space, such as patio, balcony, kitchen and living room, which makes it very homely.

Our closest stations are:

- West Hampstead Thameslink/Overground/Underground - 15 minute walk

-Kilburn Park - 5 minute walk

-Kilburn High Road - 3 minute walk

Bills are £138 a month (this includes water, electricity, WiFi and council tax)

About the house!

They are 1 boy and 2 girls in their mid twenties, who work in sales and for the council. Usually WFH 2-3 times a week.

In their spare time they cook together, watch tv, play football or exercise.

They are looking for someone who is just prioritises keeping the space clean and tidy, similar lifestyle and also a good laugh!
