London Private Room - West Hampstead

I am offering an official tenancy takeover for my room at Haywood House, an iQ Student Accommodation residence located in central London (15 minutes walking from ESCP). The takeover will be processed directly through iQ Student Accommodation and in full compliance with their tenancy rules and procedures.

The room is a Bronze En Suite Premium, which includes a private bedroom and a private bathroom, within a modern and fully managed student residence. The accommodation is exclusively for students. The rent includes all bills, such as electricity, heating, water, and high-speed internet, as well as access to the building’s common areas and facilities.

Availability:
The room is available from Saturday, 18 April 2026, as I will be finishing my course shortly before this date. The tenancy runs until Saturday, 29 August 2026, which is the official end of the contract. Please note that, in accordance with iQ Student Accommodation policy, all tenancies must commence and end on a Saturday. I am flexible regarding the exact start date after 18 April 2026; however, a minimum stay of 16 weeks is required.

Important information:
This is a tenancy takeover, not a private sublet. The replacement tenant must be required to complete the iQ booking process, sign a new tenancy agreement, and make the relevant payments directly to iQ Student Accommodation. (student-only led)
