We have two sunny double rooms available in our spacious, art-filled 4-bed flat, above a characterful pub on Belsize Rd.

This is very much a home, not a “rent a room and disappear” flatshare. We’re a friendly, respectful household that enjoys cooking, listening to and making music, rooftop drinks in the summer, good conversation and the occasional night out — while still having our own routines and space.

Both rooms are:
• Double rooms with wooden floors
• South facing with great natural light
• Part-furnished (can request off the landlord)
• Single occupancy only

• Huge living room with our own bar and dartboard
• Roof terrace (a real highlight in summer)
• Large kitchen with island and everything you need
• Separate laundry room
• One bathroom with a bath
• Full of plants, art, music and personality (always space for more)

We live above a pub which gives the place a lot of charm and convenience. It’s lively in the day but quiet after 10pm, so it’s never disruptive.

If you ever fancied helping behind the bar, the opportunity is there (paid, completely optional).
