Hello! There is a spare room in the flat where I live and I am renting it out.

The flat is brand new and is ideally located. It is in a very lovely part of West Hendon. It is at 7 min walking from Hendon Station which is served by the ThamesLink trains and at 20 min walking from the Hendon Central tube station on the Northern Line.

It takes about 25 min to reach Camden Town on the Northern Line and Farringdon on the ThamesLink. Middlesex University is at 10 min from the flat by bus. This makes the flat location ideal for both professionals and students.

The area is quiet with all amenities close by.

A cleaner comes around to clean the flat every other week. Amenities in the flat include a dishwasher, a washing machine and all the other amenities one expects to find in a modern and brand new flat.

The rent is 950£ per month with all bills and access to the compound's gym included (yes you read correctly, no need for you to pay extra fees for a gym and no excuse not to be fit either as the gym is in the same building as the flat :)).

The room is for one person and I am looking for a male flatmate.
