A dbl room, Flat with balcony £900 (inclds Bills)

My current housemate's need a bigger place as she would like to share with her family so now need to look for a new flatmate.

This is a home and a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of work and general life in London so not a party house. It also has a good size balcony which is lovely in the summer. There's also a washing machine and dishwasher. Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime streaming is included in the living room TV at no additional cost so perfect for someone who likes to binge watch boxsets.

The rent is £700 per mth and bills are about £200 (normally cheaper but electric and gas bills have gone up). You will have the smaller double room hence the reduced percentage of the monthly rent. The flat is furnished your room will have a double bed (ottoman), wardrobe, medium size chest (behind the door in pic) of drawers, small drawers (between wardrobe see pic), a small side lamp and TV.

You will be sharing with me. I am a fully vaccinated, respectful, considerate and tidy flatmate. I was born and raised in England. I travel when I can (pre-COVID times) and I love living in London. There will be another little furry flatmate called Lily (photo attached). She's a timid tuxedo cat. You might not realise she's there at first. It will take a couple of week before she will show you her face. Most people don't realise I have a cat until they see the cat tree.

The location is amazing :
-Door to Door to the west end in 25mins
-Between two lines - Barons Court station (Piccadilly line) & West Kensington (Circle and District line) both 5-10mins walk from the flat
-Hammersmith is one stop away
-Northend Road market at weekends (10-15mins walk), -Tesco & Waitrose Express 5mins walk away. A Tesco's superstore 15 mins walk.
-Launderette (drycleaners) less than 3mins walk (but there is a washer and dry in the flat and a dish washer).

If you are interested, you will be taking over my house mates part of the tenancy lease so there will be some admin charges.
