I have lived in this flat for 4 years and am looking to extend the contract into a fifth year.
Double bedroom available in a 2-bed second floor flat within 5 minutes walk of West Kensington tube station (District Line) and large Tesco store.
Bedroom available is a reasonable sized double room with two large fitted wardrobes.
Large open plan kitchen and living area including a 6 person dining table. The bathroom has recently been renovated to a very high standard.
No agency involved so you will be able to deal with the landlord directly although landlord will only consider professionals with at least 1 year of experience.
Rent does not include bills and the deposit is a months’ rent.
Current flatmate is moving out at the end of August (end of current contract) so looking for someone to move in from 1st September to start the next one year contract.
