Two housemates wanted - West Ken roof terrace flat

We're looking for two housemates to complete our four bed roof terrace flat located within 100 yards of West Kensington tube station.

Our four bedroom apartment is split across four levels, with separate kitchen and living room and a private roof terrace with enough space to seat up to ten people.

There are two bedrooms available (shown in pictures). The first of which is the only bedroom located on the first floor, with built in cupboard and large window offering plenty of light. This room will come with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table (can remove if preferable).

The second room available is located on the top floor, features an en suite bathroom and shower and a private balcony. The room also has two built in wardrobes. Queen size bed & chest of drawers available to be retained on request.

You'll be joining two male 28 year old professionals, we both work in Central London which is a short commute from the flat! We've lived in the apartment for a year and a half and as some friends are moving out we are looking for new housemates.

We've set the move in date as 1st January but are aware this is a busy time and are able to be flexible if required. Contract expires July 3rd 2020 with the possibility for renewal.
