THE FLAT:
This is a split-level flat located on a lovely residential street (Bramber Road) at the Fulham/West Kensington boundary.
The remaining bedroom advertised is the double bedroom on the second floor, at the back of the property. It is a double bedroom with a nice big window. The room is fully furnished; with bed and mattress, wardrobe, side table and chest of draws included.
The upstairs comprises of this bedroom, a shared bathroom and another master bedroom. The downstairs comprises one bedroom, another shared bathroom and large open plan kitchen/lounge. There are huge bi-folding doors to the lounge that open to a patio area. Great for entertaining, especially in the summer when you can open those doors fully and get the BBQ on.
THE FLATMATES:
You would be sharing the flat with an Aussie guy Henry and a Kiwi couple Jamie and Fraiser, all are very laid back and friendly. Henry is a physio working in nearby High Street Kensington, and the Kiwi's are both accountants. We like to hang out together in the flat, watching latest Netflix obsession during weekday evenings and equally like to socialise as a group outside of the flat, as well as having our own social lives. We are always keen for a few drinks on the weekend, and the large outdoor area and living space is ideal for hosting BBQ's in the summer.
THE LANDLORD:
The property is managed by L&D Properties London. The Landlord has a number of properties on this street run through the agency. They’re very professional and respond quickly to issues. Can’t fault them on maintenance issues, although these are rare.
THE AREA:
The property is located in a fantastic area right at the intersection of North End Road and Lillie Road. The street is a quiet residential one, but only 10min walk from Fulham centre. It is an 5-10min walk from West Brompton tube (District) and Overground station, and 10-15min walk to West Kensington (District), Barons Court (Piccadilly), Earls Court (Piccadilly/District) and Fulham Broadway (District)! There are several nice pubs, it’s a 3 min walk to the local Co-op, and Fulham has all the amenities you could need.
BILLS:
There are some bills. They’re not included in the rent. Currently we pay for gas and electricity, TV licence, water, BT TV and internet, council tax, and a fortnightly 3hr cleaning session. This is around £90 per person, per month.
