We have a lovely large single room available in a clean and tidy 4-bedroom flat in Kensington, near Olympia Exhibition Centre.

The flat is in a great location and well maintained. The room is a good-sized single, furnished with a king-size bed and additional storage space underneath.

Transport links are excellent:
- 10 minutes by bus to High Street Kensington Station
- 3-minute walk to Kensington (Olympia) station
-15-minute walk to Westfield

The flat includes a kitchen, bathroom, and a new fridge and freezer. Unlimited Wi-Fi is included.

We are friendly, professional, and respectful flatmates.

Important requirement: we are specifically looking for a professional female working full-time in an office (Monday to Friday, standard business hours). This is a key condition for the household and the room is not suitable for remote workers or students.

Rent is £750 per month, inclusive of all bills. Deposit is £800 (one month in advance).
