Hi London!

As I will be moving shortly, my bedroom in this amazing flat is becoming available as of August 1st.

If you're tired of browsing through tiny rooms in flats with no living spaces, this is the spot for you!

- The room comfortably fits a Super King bed and a desk. Please note the furniture depicted is my own, but a bed and mattress will be provided by the landlord

- One entire wall is dedicated to a built-in wardrobe, ideal for those with a sneaker addiction like me. You'll never run out of space (but might hit your credit card limit... do you really need another pair of Vans?)

- Huge living room with three sofas and a 50" 4K HD TV. We have Netflix and every possible sports channel you can imagine. There's plenty of room to eat, draw, and dry your laundry too.

- Large stand-alone kitchen with hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two fridges and lots of counter space

- The bathroom is shared with two others (the 4th bedroom has an ensuite)

- Central garden with benches for hot summer days

- Tree-lined residential street with very little through traffic, yet centrally located

- 3 min walk from Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local, 10 min walk from 24/7 Tesco Superstore

- 5 min walk to West Kensington tube station (District line) and 7 min walk to Baron's Court tube station (District and Piccadilly lines)

- 7 min walk to Kensington Olymia Overground

All flatmates are working professionals with their own social lives but occassionally eat together while watching a movie or the disappointing final season of Game of Thrones. They're frequent travellers too, except when there is a global pandamic going on (but what are the odds of that!?)

Bills are not included and typically amount to 90-100 pounds per month, including energy, council tax, Netflix, high-speed fibre broadband, TV, cleaning every two weeks, and household items (laundry detergent, washing up liquid, etc.)
