The time has come for me to move out into my own place, so I'm looking to fill my lovely room in West Kensington. I've lived here for two years and been very happy here.
The room itself comes with a King sized bed, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe, so there is lots of space. Bills are not included, but we each contribute £105 a month to the house account to cover them.
The apartment has a large garden with a BBQ (perfect for summer), a good sized sitting room and a kitchen with a nespresso machine! You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The two existing housemates are both professionals. One Aussie and one French. Both very sociable, but happy to give space when needed.
