Spacious double room (+ garden & tennis courts!)

After 4 years, I'm moving out of this wonderful flat. My room is a large double with huge built-in cupboards and shelves. The room is quiet, as it's at the back of the flat. I've been really happy in this room, and secretly think it's the best of the 3! It comes furnished with a bed and chest of drawers.

This first-floor flat is part of Queens Club Gardens (just behind Queens Club Tennis centre), and is quiet, as there's no through traffic. The lounge room has a bay window that overlooks the communal garden and tennis courts (free for QCG residents' use). The kitchen is spacious with enough room to park several bikes, and includes an oven, stovetop cooker with 4 hobs, microwave, washer/dryer, full-size fridge, and a separate freezer. The bathroom is pretty standard, with good water pressure. The flat has gas heating throughout. Street parking is available (with permit).

There's a lovely coffee shop only a 5 min walk away, and the river is only 10 mins away. Barons Court and West Kensington tube stations are about 10 mins away, and West Brompton overground about 15 mins away. The local Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and Tesco are all also within a 10 min walk.

We're looking for a new flatmate to call this place home—someone who's happy to have a chat while making dinner, chill out in the lounge and watch TV, or go for a walk to the local coffee shop (it's lockdown—what else can we do??). In normal times, the flat is social; we have drinks in the garden, play tennis, and have people over for dinner. We're also equally happy for people to have their space. You'll be moving in with two professionals: a Glaswegian guy and a Kiwi girl, who are both absolutely lovely. If you’d like to get to know more about them, please do get in touch!

Rent is £762 per month, with bills totalling around £80 per month (council tax, water, and internet). Gas + electricity is paid quarterly, and over the year is very roughly £40/month.
