The flat has a fully equipped and only recently installed kitchen with dishwasher. You will have your own private bathroom with bath tub & toilet.

Located in West Kensington it's less than a 5 minute walk from West Kensington station, 8 minute walk to barons court and a 15 minute walk from West Brompton station.

I am looking for someone who is relaxed, friendly and independent while also being considerate and not allergic to cleaning and keeping things tidy. This is a 'family' flat and perfect for someone to make it a home.

The flat comes with a big fridge, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, 55' tv with sound system and a new acquired Dyson hoover to make cleaning easier. There is also a brand new LG washer/dryer. The garden/terrace is accessible through my bedroom which may not always be accessible, you can get outside through your bedroom window quite easily, there is a brand new bbq and table and chairs.

A bit about me, I've lived in London for 5 years now but originally lived in France for 13y so am fluent in both languages. Really enjoy any type of sport, travelling (in england or abroad), a chilled drink and sometimes a meal to share. The flat is a chilled place to rest after a long days work and to have an enjoyable weekend.
