Currently looking for a friendly & clean professional to rent out a bright double bedroom in a charming 2-bed flat centrally located between Shepherd’s Bush station and Kensington Olympia.

The bedroom has a large double-height south facing window that gets great light all day, facing gardens.

It is located in a charming and quiet area, on the edge of Brook Green conservation area, and has lots of cafes, pubs, and shops nearby.
We are ~15min walk from Holland Park and are superbly connected. Located less than 10minutes walk from the Central Line at Shepherds Bush & the overground at Kensington Olympia. 15minutes walk gets you to Hammersmith (Piccadilly & District Lines) or Goldhawk Road (Hammersmith & City or Circle Line). Westfield shopping centre located 10min walk away.
WHO YOU’LL SHARE WITH
You’ll be sharing with a 31 year old creative professional - I’m a non-smoker, clean, social, and generally quite busy. I love adventures, travel, film & theatre, music, reading, board games, video games, and hiking & the outdoors. Very happy to live with someone social, or relax and do our own things.
You will also be living with one medium-sized dog.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you’re a late 20s or early 30s professional or postgrad student; must be clean and respectful of shared spaces and a non-smoker. Bonus points if you’re a dog lover! Introverts & extroverts alike are welcome. It’d be great if you’re also someone who likes a flat that stays mostly calm and restful, with the odd board games, movie, or dinner night.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept couples or remote workers due to space. Creatives, unusual schedules, or full time office workers welcome.
