Lovely double room available in West Kensington

Double furnished bedroom is available from 14th May ( possibly from 6th ). The room comes with its own private bathroom, there is a large living room and very large kitchen in the flat with access to a large balcony. There is a communal garden and parking space ( at a cost ) and a 24/7 porter in a very secure building.

The other two flatmates- Georgia is 28 and Sophie is 24 and I am moving out so looking for someone to replace me. We have lived together for over three years in the flat and love the location and the beautiful spots nearby. We often go to a pub quiz on a Sunday !!

West Kensington tube station is around a five minute walk with the district line, and Barons Court around 5/10 minutes with Piccadilly. We also have Kensington Olympia overground around 5/10 minutes away. We are located just off Kensington high street which is beautiful ! And around a 10/15 minute walk to the Thames path in Hammersmith.

Tenancy ends in November but there is h option to renew the contract. We have done this for the past 3/4 years with no issues.

Really only looking for someone who is able to pay rent from May 14th.
