Subletting my room in a lovely 3-bedroom flat from 1st May to 10th July, as I’ll be away.

You’d be living with two really sweet and friendly girls. The flat has a spacious living room with TV, a cute balcony, and a lovely kitchen with lots of storage.

The room is medium-sized, bright, and cosy, with a double bed, big wardrobe, and a large window with a lovely view. You’ll also have your own private bathroom (sink & toilet), and only the shower is shared.

The location is amazing – between West Kensington and Kensington Olympia:

5 min walk to the underground station

2 min walk to the bus stop

2 min walk to Sainsbury’s

3 min walk to Tesco

10 min walk to Super Tesco

Surrounded by cute cafés, restaurants, bars, and nail salons

Rent: £945/month (Wi-Fi included)

Bills are extra, usually up to £70 max.
