My wife & I are super busy people and because of our tight scheduler we won't be able to provide a social house if you are seeking one. But we are always up for a nice chat if we have free time. We are early birds because of our boys. We go to bed early & rise early.
You would be self contained and quite private downstairs, which includes: your room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, (access to the garden is via downstairs hallway where also washer/dryer is located). Our bathroom is on the middle landing/floor. Also we have a Cleaner who comes once a week.
Close by are 6 tube/metro stations: West Kensington, Barons Court, West Brompton, Fulham Broadway, Earls Court, Olympia(overground)) - 5-10 min walk. Cafes/restaurants, WholeFoodMarket, Hammersmith & Chelsea, Fulham - 10 min walk. River -15 min walk. Newly refurbished VirginActive gym with two swimming pools, saunas and three tennis courts - 3 min walk away. Also Queens Club tennis club with yearly Aegon tournaments -5 min walk. Cheep fresh fruit and vegetable market every day - 3mins walk away.
All inclusive rent is £850 per month. Would suit a non smoking, single, self contained, quiet professional. 2 References required & £425 deposit in advance. Couples £1150 per month, £575 deposit.

Do you cook at home a lot? We don't have a sophisticated gas oven, only a multi-microwave which has a fan oven option...
Small pets are welcome. Onstreet parking is available with the second permit (although its rather expensive£460 or so per year).
